I can't tell you how impressed I have been from start to finish with my whole dental process to achieve my all on 4 implants.

 

From the beginning I was made aware that I could be sedated but the thought of that made me anxious. My dentist said he could do the procedure under local but that it might leave me with memory trauma so I decided to have the conscious sedation after all. It was amazing. Your office were very kind, sending forms, making sure I was happy etc.

 

I was awake but only just during my procedure. Aware of what was happening but very relaxed and the time flew by.

 

Ingrid was fabulous. Very empathetic, friendly, approachable and thoroughly professional. I recall her holding my hand at some stage. She even rang my brother, who was looking after me at the hotel, later in the evening, about 8pm I think, to check on how I was doing. She answered his queries and reassured us. Excellent service.
